The removal of the blaze orange tip on airsoft guns for sale or transportation is a federal offense in the United States.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY
Unless otherwise stated, FOX AIRSOFT LLC products, upgrade and repair
work carry a 14 DAY 100% LIMITED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY for
manufacturer's defects and modifications performed by FOX AIRSOFT LLC.
Any alterations or modifications to the product in any respect by any
person not employed or authorized by FOX AIRSOFT LLC will cause all
such warranties to be canceled and void.
FOX AIRSOFT LLC
shall not liable for normal manufacturing variances, for customary
variations from specifications, for imperfections inherent in the
process used, or for damages resulting from improper shipment, storage
or use of goods. All claims arising out of the sale of any products
manufactured or sold by FOX AIRSOFT LLC shall be deemed barred and
waived unless made in writing, and presented to FOX AIRSOFT LLC within
fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS:
1. For electric automatic airsoft guns, the warranty is void if guns
are used with anything less than 0.20g bb’s or any bb brands not
offered by FOX AIRSOFT LLC
2. Gas, bb's, and individually sold internal mechbox replacement or upgrade parts are not covered by this warrantee.
3. China-made “clone†guns are NOT covered by this warrantee.
4. Consignment guns are NOT covered by this warrantee.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within
SEVEN (7) days of receipt of your order for a return authorization.
Returns are not accepted for consumable products such as gas and bb’s
and for internal upgrade and repair parts such as springs and pistons.
No returns on ANY Special Sale items. All sales are FINAL on these items.
No returns on ANY Consignment guns. All sales are FINAL on these items.
Except as expressly stated above, no other warranties are applicable,
and no other damages will be recoverable from FOX AIRSOFT LLC In order
to receive a refund for any returnable product, the product must be
returned to FOX AIRSOFT LLC in excellent condition and in its original
state, unused and with all original boxes and packaging intact, and all
manuals (if applicable), sold or distributed by FOX AIRSOFT LLC
Any accepted returns will be refunded in full less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Product return shipping costs are not covered under our warranty or return policy.

Our Customer Service Dept will assign you an RA (Return Authorization) reference number.

By accessing the Site, you certify that you are older than 18 years of

are the owner of any credit card used to purchase on items on the Site;
that you are familiar with all local laws in your area affecting your
legal right to access airsoft products; that any products you buy are
for your own private enjoyment and that you will NEVER share these
products with a minor in any way. READ CAREFULLY - WAVER AND RELEASE OF
LIABILITY
In consideration of FOX AIRSOFT LLC, furnishing
services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in Airsoft games,
I agree as follows:
I fully understand and acknowledge that
(a) risks and dangers exist in use of Airsoft equipment and my
participation in Airsoft activities; (b) my participation in such
activities and/or use of equipment may result in my injury or illness
including but not limited to bodily injury, disease strains, fractures,
partial and/ or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke,
heart attack, or other ailments that could cause serious disability;
(c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of owners,
employees, office or agents of FOX AIRSOFT LLC; the negligence of the
participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of
contract, the forces of nature or other causes. These risks and dangers
may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes; and (d) by my
participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby
assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/
or damages, whether caused by whole or in part by the negligence or
other conduct of owners, agents, officers, employees of FOX AIRSOFT
LLC, or by any other person.
I, on behalf of myself, my
personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to
release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify, FOX
AIRSOFT and it’s owners, agents, officers and employees from any and
all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage,
wrongful death, loss of service or otherwise which may arise out of my
use of Airsoft equipment or my participation in Airsoft activities. I
specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waving any
claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the
negligent acts or other conduct by owners, agents, officers, or
employees of FOX AIRSOFT LLC.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER
AND RELEASE AND BY SIGNING IT AGREE IT IS IN MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND
RELIEVE FOX AIRSOFT LLC FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY
DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANT OTHER CAUSE.
Pricing Policies
Despite our diligent efforts, a small number of items in our web site
may be incorrectly priced. Rest assured that we will verify all prices
as part of our shipping procedures and provide you with correct pricing
in your order confirmations. Prices are subject to change at any time and some items are limited to stock on hand. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any incorrect Internet prices as we cannot account for the occasional human error. We apologize in advance for any
inconvenience you might experience.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying
your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to
email production schedules you may receive any emails already in
production.
To delete all of your online account information
from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and
remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment
information. Please note that we may maintain information about an
individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and
for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third
party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and
independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or
