FAF Airsoft Field Representative - Part Time
Objective:
Deliver an unmatched customer experience at our Airsoft Fields while holding unwaveringly to Fox Airsoft safety standards.
Schedule:
Friday - Sunday + Bi-monthly company workshops (Hours Vary Based on Event Types)
Focus:
- Understands the Fox Airsoft Purpose, Mission Statement and Vision
- Holds unwaveringly to Fox Core values: Integrity, Humility, and Tenacity.
- Ambassador of Fox Airsoft with every customer touch point
- Masters the Fox Airsoft Sales Process
- Manages customer experience by performing proactive customer service and building relationships with our customers.
- Performs customer followup tasks including calls to first time attendees as well as inviting them to monthly events.
- Maintains the airsoft field and ensures everything is in top notch condition
- Identifies safety hazards and provides solutions to the Field Lead
- Maintains the mobile shop - ensures it is stocked fully for each day we are open and that it is clean.
- Maintains the rental equipment including guns and safety gear. Inspects safety gear after each use to ensure they are up to standards and ready for the next use.
- Prepares birthday party areas to have all equipment placed and ready for use prior to the start time of the party.
- Manages private events to deliver an unmatched experience.
- Manage the briefing board to ensure game briefings are thorough
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Rental guns cleaned and inventoried at the end of each day
- All phone calls assigned completed within the shift
- Birthday party areas setup prior to opening gates
- Adhere to published game schedule and clearly communicate winners
Data Management Lead - Full Time
Objective:
To maintain all data on our website to create an unmatched customer experience.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (10 - 6 with slight variances for special events)
Focus:
- Understands the Fox Airsoft Purpose, Mission Statement and Vision
- Holds unwaveringly to Fox Airsoft Core values: Integrity, Humility, and Tenacity.
- Ambassador of Fox Airsoft with every customer touch point
- Masters the Fox Airsoft Sales Process
- Final authority for maintaining data on the website
- Manages online product catalog: upload products, remove products, and optimizes.
- Maintains all web pages and optimizes per SEO strategy
- Manages lead magnets and data collection points on all landing pages
- Updates the gun giveaway contest per schedule.
- Posts content to the blog and manages the content.
- Maps products to supporting software: SkuIQ and Lightspeed POS
- Actively seeks sales opportunities to achieve Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Goals
- Supplements fulfillment and warehouse operations as needed
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- All new products uploaded to the website and mapped within 24 hours of receiving
- Field pages have published game schedules 3 months in advance
- Gun giveaway contest changed on the day the contest expires
- 10 Blog posts uploaded per week
- Website banner updated weekly with relevant offers
Fulfillment Lead - Full Time
Objective:
Fulfill customer online orders within Fox Airsoft standards and manage the customer experience.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (10 - 6:30 with slight variance for special events)
Focus:
- Understands the Fox Airsoft Purpose, Mission Statement and Vision
- Holds unwaveringly to Fox Core values: Integrity, Humility, and Tenacity.
- Ambassador of Fox Airsoft with every customer touch point
- Masters the Fox Airsoft Sales Process
- Final authority for managing the entire fulfillment process
- Performs proactive customer service by managing all communications and correspondence with customers and leads
- Performs customer followup tasks including calls and patches.
- Maintains all inventory in the fulfillment center in a neat and logical manner
- Prebuilds mystery boxes and kits
- Coordinates with the web manager for all supply needs.
- Actively seeks sales opportunities to achieve Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Web orders fulfilled within 24 hours of being received, with same day fulfillment up to 12pm.
- Mystery boxes and kits are prebuilt by Friday prior to the upcoming week of sales
- Product issues solved by following our 30/30 warranty/return policy
- Fulfillment area is clean at the end of each day, inventory is put away
- All customer followup tasks completed by Friday of each week
- Customer emails responded to within 24 hours of receipt
