Sales Representative 

Position Description 

The Sales Representative is the most important ambassador for Fox Airsoft.  This person must have integrity, be a problem solver, and be an expert on airsoft products.  He/She will work closely with all other team members in order to create a clean shop and a customer service experience second to none.  Other responsibilities include becoming knowledgeable on the products, and selling customers what they need to provide solutions to problems encountered in the field. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Listens to and solves customer’s problems.
• Communicates clearly with the Sales Floor Manager on inventory requirements for special orders and to meet customer requests.
• Takes personal responsibility in learning the Fox Airsoft sales system and continually strives to boost sales numbers for the shop.
• Learns how to fully utilize Quickbooks POS to perform duties independent of direct supervision
• Reports to work on time, in uniform and well groomed.
• Monitors customers to identify and prevent theft.
• Performs a physical inventory of the store once per quarter.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the sales floor manager.
• Ensure that the sales floor is always clean, with products front facing on a continual basis.

Gun Technician (Part Time)

Position Description 

Gun techs preform upgrades, repairs, and offer helpful advice and recommendations to customers over the phone or in the shop.  They are also customer service representatives of Fox Airsoft; they are proactive in communicating with customers and ensure that their needs are met.  Gun Techs are true professionals at their trade and are constantly seeking new solutions to problems they encounter.  They strive to maximize efficiency to make sure we are providing the best product for the best price to our customers. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnoses AEGs, GBBs, & Spring guns. 
• Organizes & cleans tech area to ensure that a clean work area is maintained. 
• Tracks all parts and materials used on repairs and upgrades via work orders. 
• Is proactive in communicating with customers about the work and parts required to complete the project. 
• Treats all customers with professionalism and gives them sound advice on parts and accessories. 
• Provides safe and efficient in-shop chronograph spot checks.
•  Ensures that all work orders are filled out completely and in a timely manner. 
• Ensures that every work order started has the item tagged with a matching work order.

Sales Floor Manager (Part Time)

Position Description 

The Sales Floor Manager is an ambassador for Fox Airsoft.  This person must have integrity, be a problem solver, and be an expert on airsoft products.  He/she is responsible for leading and serving the team members who are under their direct supervision, and creating a work atmosphere where performance is rewarded.  He’ll oversee all operations on the sales floor and ensure that all team members are working together in order to create a clean, beautiful shop, and a customer service experience second to none.  He’ll also be responsible for training all team members under his direct supervision to ensure that everyone performs their duties at or above the set standards. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Listens to and solves customer’s problems.
• Create a work atmosphere where performance is rewarded
• Communicates clearly with the Shop Manager on inventory requirements
• Ensures that all team members under his supervision are properly trained and sell according to our sales system.
• Ensures that all team members under his supervision understand how to fully utilize Quickbooks POS to perform their duties independent of direct supervision
• Ensures that all sales staff report in a timely manner for work and adhere to the Fox Airsoft uniform and grooming standard.
• Schedules all employees under his supervision a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to ensure that the shop is adequately staffed.
• Monitors security cameras at regular intervals to identify and prevent theft.
• Performs a physical inventory of the store once per quarter.
• Sets sales goals and determines a marketing plan of action by the 20^th of the preceding month.  Tracks progress during the month to ensure that targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that the sales floor is always clean, with products front facing on a continual basis.
