In the case of many players, many will want to look cool and that is certainly a good percentage of us who feel that way. But much of the time, the gear is not only for looks but also to serve a purpose. The gear can add a layer of protection to soften up those hits, but it can also serve as a means to carry additional ammo and other mission-essential items.
Gear is an investment that can improve how you play and carry your ammo around but it doesn’t have to cost a fortune. To get what you need to play, Fox Airsoft has created a new and simple gear starter kit designed to get you equipped and save a few bucks as well.
Our kit does allow some customization and at the heart of it, the web gear is the first thing you can customize. You can select between two types of chest rigs with the more affordable option having fixed pouches and the upgraded version having a modular pouch setup. You can decide if the upgrade potential of a modular setup is worth spending more initially or just get the simpler setup to be ready to go off the bat.
Incorporating an airsoft plate carrier into your gear is a game-changer for both protection and tactical advantage. Ideal for beginners looking to elevate their airsoft experience, a plate carrier not only offers added safety but also provides ample storage for essential equipment. This essential piece of gear allows players to carry extra magazines, tools, and personal items, keeping everything within easy reach during gameplay. If you have watched people's airsoft gameplay videos and wondered how they capture it, it is usually a camera mounted to an attachment point built into one of these airsoft helmets. Helmets are entirely optional in airsoft but it's definitely nice to have for CQB games and so on.
