The NcStar Red Dot Reflex Sight  with 4 Reticles is an excellent reflex sight.  It is a reflector sight that is perfect for CQB environments because it's parallax is the size of the optical window, so it doesn't matter where you are looking at the sight from, you can still see the sight and take your shot.  The sight is also very low profile and prevents you from having to look down some kind of tube that can limit your peripheral vision.  The sight is ready to mount on any standard weaver rail right out of the box because it has an integrated mount.  The NcStar Red Dot Reflex Sight  with 4 Reticles has 7 different brightness levels which are adjusted through the wheel on top of the sight.  It takes a CR2032 battery which you access through the wheel on top of the sight as well.  The different reticles are selected through an adjustment lever on the back of the sight under the laser housing.  This reflex sight is great for anyone who needs an inexpensive sight for their rifle who needs to be active shooting.
