About the NcStar VAPTF Pistol Flashlight
The NcStar VAPTF is from VISM, a division of NcStar that manufactures quality lights and accessories. The VAPTF is a pistol-mounted flashlight using standard picatinny rails, and has a nice futuristic look to it. The flashlight has different modes and functions; near the front of the light, there are four buttons, two on each side (for ambidextrous users). The top button is a momentary-on switch, useful for being covert in the night, and not leaving the flashlight on the whole time. The bottom button is your constant-on button, with one push of this button the flashlight stays on. The light can then be turned off again by pressing either the momentary or constant buttons again. There is another button near the rear of the flashlight on each side, which is your strobe function button. The flashlight must be on in order to toggle this function, and can be used with both momentary and constant buttons as well.
