About the ICS POM Piston with Head
Are you looking for an upgraded piston? The ICS POM Piston is one of the best on the market. The piston features 14 teeth with the first tooth already removed to correct for angle of engagement. This set up is ideal for high rate of fire builds. The teeth of the piston are completely reinforced. The first half of the teeth feature reinforced composite sidewalls to increase durability. The last half are made out of heat treated steel for extra durability.
The piston also features a bearing ported piston head already mounted. The ported piston head provides maximum compression in your cylinder. This gives you the most efficient set up possible.
ICS now offers the piston in 2 variants. It can be purchased for traditional AEGs and will work in any version 2/3 Gearbox. It is also offered in the TransforM4 (UK1) variant. This is designed for the newer generation electric blowback ICS AEGs. It will work with any of the TransforM4, UK1, MARS, and MMR series AEGs.
Be sure to use high quality BBs to help reduce wear on the piston over time!
