Rather being smooth and polished like a precision BB, it has a very rough and matte surface. There are many other BBs like this out there, including some with a powdery coating that can gum up your hop up and cause jams. Make sure the BBs you're using are smooth and shiny!
The manufacturing error on this low quality BB is another subtle one, but it's more than enough to cause a jam in your hop up, barrel, or even magazine. The leftover spur from the molding process is pronounced and can easily cause problems if it ends up in your gun.
Well this BB is smooth and shiny, has no spurs or seams, and doesn't have a visible air bubble. So what gives? The cool looking swirly pattern in this BB can actually be just as bad as an air bubble. Inconsistencies in the mass and construction of this kind of BB will throw off your hop up and make your shots surprisingly inconsistent. Not to mention that these discolorations can disguise dirt and other minor defects on the surface.
