About the BFG Ten Speed Ultralight Dump Pouch
The Blue Force Gear Ten Speed Ultralight Dump Pouch is an incredibly compact and lightweight dump pouch with the same capacity as other much larger dump pouches. Part of the Ten Speed line of gear, these pouches are designed to utilize highly durable elastic to keep their pouches compact. This dump pouch has the smallest footprint of any dump pouch out there when stored folded. The pouch has a tactile pull tab for quick and easy deployment. Once opened up, the dump pouch compartment is large enough to hold 10 M4-type magazines. The small footprint is ideal for mounting on a number of applications including on plate carriers, chest rigs, battle belts, or on top of other pouches that are MOLLE compatible. Folded up, this pouch presents such a small profile that it should eliminate potential snagging hazards.
There is a cinch cord on the top of the bag which could be tightened to positively secure the contents of the dump pouch. The bag portion is constructed of rip stop nylon for additional durability.
The size of this dump pouch when stowed is 3" x 3.5" x 1"
This pouch is attached via the patented Helium Whisper attachment system which is compatible with all MOLLE platforms. Rather than using traditional MALICE clips or thick nylon straps, these pouches use thin high performance laminate webbing that is incredibly thin but exceeding the durability of 1000D Cordura nylon. This type of attachment system is integral and keeps everything low profile. The soft straps can be easier to work with as well. That is added value as the hard plastic MALICE clips can be difficult to thread sometimes and tightly sewn webbing would make it harder for you to mount your pouches.
