About the HK UMP Gas Blowback 30 Rd Magazine:
Realism is what airsoft is all about. The UMP Gas Blowback rifle achieves this with it's realistic recoil and bolt lockout function. At the heart of this great airsoft gun is what powers it - the 30 round green gas powered magazine. The magazine is a higher weight than the standard AEG magazines, coming in at 13 ounces. It houses sufficient green gas to power the gun and fire the 30 rounds inside the magazine. It features fully licensed HK trademarks. It even has ".45 auto" etched into the bottom of the magazine. On the top of the magazine is your standard valve that is actuated by the gun firing. This is what releases the green gas to propel the BB and cycle the bolt. There are also windows on each side of the magazine to accurately replicate the one on the real UMP. The magazine has a standard green gas fill valve on the bottom side. Use Elite Force Fuel Green gas for optimal performance. It also has a removable base plate that comes off by removing the fill valve. You can do this to remove the gas reservoir part of the magazine and perform any necessary maintenance. Make sure to regularly lube your seals to ensure optimum performance is maintained. WE recommend using SLIP 2000 airsoft lubricant. You'll also want to make sure to clean the magazine from any dust that has accumulated. Pay special attention to the valves that actuate. Once you're done cleaning, keep a slight amount of green gas in the magazine to keep it under pressure. This will make sure that the seals are securely seated and give your magazine a longer life.
