About the Defcon Gear Low Profile Airsoft Plate Carrier
The Defcon Gear Low Profile Airsoft Plate Carrier is designed to be a lightweight plate carrier option. Designed to be very streamlined, the LPC doesn't have the bulky look of most plate carriers designed for an assaulting role. Instead, this plate carrier utilizes many concepts to reduce the overall profile. The cumberbund is a skeletal MOLLE design. This is very minimalist but it has more function than your typical smooth cumberbund. You can add pouches if you need or omit them if you don't and you won't have the same side bulk as your average carrier. The shoulder straps also utilize very thin but durable webbing material.
The front compartment is a kangaroo pouch configuration that holds 6 x M4 magazines and has retention bungees with pull tabs for extra security. Most will only hold 3 magazines so with the LPC you aren't as limited. You also have MOLLE on the front and rear panel so you can add MOLLE pouches throughout to your hearts content. On top of the front panel you also have a hidden admin pouch which is secured by velcro. Use it to store personal items such as your wallet, phone, or keys. There is also internal webbing in this pocket.
There is also integral velcro on the front panel for morale patches, and extra webbing loops to secure hydration bladder tubes or radio antennas.
